Zam's deep-rooted passion for construction ignited during his early years, as he actively participated in the refurbishment of a family investment—an 1800s Residential Grade 2 Listed Building. Immersed in every facet of the process, from demolishing and stripping out existing elements to skilfully retrofitting new components, Zam developed a profound understanding of the fundamental principles of design and construction. His journey exemplifies our commitment to excellence and expertise in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Having initially spent a year working for Al Futtaim Carillion as part of his bachelor's degree, Zam returned to the UAE to satisfy his eagerness to be a part of one of the world's fastest-growing economies. Delivering various types of commercial fitout projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, as well as in Qatar, KSA, and Oman, this experience laid the essential groundwork for understanding the significance of communication and stakeholder management in project delivery. This knowledge proved invaluable when he later contributed to projects throughout Europe.

After spending just over half a decade in the Middle East, Zam delved into the nascent stages of Co-Working and Flex Office space by joining The Office Group (now TOG Fora). Here, he gained substantial insights into the intricacies of designing and operating such offerings. Zam's passion for a fast-paced environment led him to WeWork during its hyper-growth stage, where he ascended to the position of director. He played a key role not only in delivering projects throughout the UK & Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain but also in overseeing aspects of operations, sales & development. This diverse and hands-on experience uniquely positions him to bring a wealth of insights and expertise to any company.
